Orders are placed with the store you bought from, and that is where they can be seen. Open the order page of that store and the live status, the carrier and the tracking number are all there — including for freight shipments, which update less often than parcels but do update.
If the tracking has gone quiet
Freight moves in hops and can sit at a terminal for a day or two between scans. Three days of silence on a pallet is normal; a week is worth a question. Ask through the order page of the store where the purchase was made, with the order number to hand.
If something is missing from the box
Complete sets ship with a numbered hardware list. Check against it before you decide a bag is missing — more often than not the fasteners for the last stage are packed inside the slide section or taped under the deck boards. If a part really is absent, tell us the model and the part number from the plans and we will tell you exactly what it is.
