Swing-N-Slide — we put kids first

Hardware & Canopies

Brackets, hangers, anchors and handles — the steel that holds a wooden swing set together and keeps it standing where you put it.

The shelf that keeps old sets alive

This is the shelf that keeps old sets alive. A frame bracket joins beam to legs without a single angled cut. Swing hangers take the whole load of a rider and are the first part to show wear, which is why we sell them in pairs. Ground anchors stop a frame walking across the yard, and safety handles give a kid something to hold at the top of a slide.

Sized to standard play set lumber

All of it is sized to the lumber dimensions used across our line, which are the standard ones, so the parts fit frames we did not build. If you are repairing rather than extending, measure the beam before you order — it is the one measurement people guess at.

Pick by the space you have

Small yards

A compact A-frame with two swings and a wave slide fits a 20 by 20 foot safety zone and still gives kids a real ride.

Swings

Room to spread out

Towers with monkey bars, a climbing wall and two slides want about 30 by 30 feet of clear, level ground.

Swing Sets

Already have a frame

Swap tired seats, add a glider or bolt on a tube slide — the hardware is sized to the beams you already own.

Questions about this shelf

How many ground anchors does a set need?

Four, one at each leg, driven at an angle away from the frame. On a slope, level the ground rather than shimming.
